BioUm, hi! I'm not very good at these things, but I'll try my best. Here we go:
My name is Heather, I'm a student at Oregon State University. I am currently taking veterinary studies, and eventually, I want to open my own animal hospital. I've loved animals as long as I can remember, and I've always had cats and dogs and ferrets and hamsters and rats and cows... enough of them, huh?
I have a boyfriend named David, he's a senior at OSU taking anthropology. Some interesting stuff there. He's a great guy, treats me like the princess I am, lol.
I'm living in a little apartment downtown with my boyfriend and my cat Beavis. It's cozy and cute, but in a year or two I wanr to be in a house.
I like to read books, write poetry, listen to music, and hang out with my friends. I'm not a big partier (WAYYYY too much studying to do much of that anyway!) but I do like to go out and have fun ocassionally.
I guess that's all for now, if there's anything else you want to know, just ask! I'm open and friendly, and I don't bite (hard!). I'm new to this whole Livejournal thing... I'm used to keeping paper journals, lol! But a friend in my class introduced me to it, and here I am! I'm a little late on the ball, lol, but it seems cool, so I'll stick it out.
If you're reading this because you noticed I added you to my friends list, it's because I'm trying to meet new people! I either hit 'random' and got you, or you were referred by a friend, or I did an interest search. So welcome, hang out for awhile, and let's get to know each other!
